The book presents the personality of Jose Rota, the artist; aezkoan sculptor, also the entrepreneur, baker, miller, musician and holder of thorough knowledge about his surroundings, both natural and cultural environment, that of his community and the whole of EUSKAL HERRIA. It plunges us into Aezkoa and it displays it through authors who contribute their texts to uncover the Valley: its ethnography and its life. It is a trip to the AEZKOA of the 21st century, it collects its soul, its roots, and does so in a friendly and beautiful way with more than 300 photographs by XABI OTERO.
